How Custom Orders Work

Custom orders are how we do some of our best work; chapter apparel, alumni gear, event merch, line jackets, and more. Every project is different, so we handle them one-on-one.

Here's how it goes:

1. Submit Your Inquiry

Start by filling out our Custom Order Inquiry Form or emailing us directly at tabatha.williams@hallpass.shop. Tell us what you're looking for and when you need it.

2. We'll Schedule a Meeting

A member of our team will reach out to set up a call and go over the details; product type, quantity, design, in-hand date, and pricing. Minimums, turnaround times, and deposit requirements vary by project, so this conversation is where we figure out what works for you.

3. We Get to Work

Once everything is confirmed and approved, we handle the rest. You'll get gear that's built with the same care and quality as everything else we make; just made specifically for your group.
