Returns & Exchanges
If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right. Please review the policy below before initiating a return.
Return Window
Items are eligible for a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original sellable condition with tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at hallpass.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 3 days of receiving your item. We'll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a different size or color, email us within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.
Final Sale Items
The following items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange:
- Sale and discounted items
- Custom and made-to-order apparel (line jackets, chapter pieces, grad stoles, etc.)
- Patches and lapel pins
- Accessories (bandaids, stadium cushions, beanies)
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will cover the cost of return shipping and make it right at no charge to you.
