By using the Hall Pass website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Hall Pass operates hallpass.shop. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who uses or accesses our site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Purchases

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or orders we cannot fulfill.

Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom orders — including line jackets, chapter apparel, grad stoles, and other personalized items — are final sale. Production begins after your order is confirmed and design is approved. Cancellations are not accepted once production begins.

By submitting a logo, image, or design for a custom order, you represent that you have the right to use that material and grant Hall Pass permission to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

4. Intellectual Property

All Hall Pass branding, designs, and content on this website are owned by or licensed to Hall Pass. Licensed collegiate designs are used with permission from the respective institutions. Unauthorized reproduction or use of Hall Pass or licensed designs is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hall Pass is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been accepted by the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Guilford County, North Carolina.
