Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Please allow 7–9 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Custom and made-to-order items (line jackets, varsity jackets, grad stoles, chapter apparel) have longer production windows. These are noted on individual product pages.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, standard delivery takes 2–3 business days via UPS or comparable carrier. You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship on the estimated date listed on the product page. Pre-orders are processed separately from in-stock items. If your order contains both, in-stock items may ship first.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hall Pass is not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

Check with neighbors and building management
Contact your local UPS facility
File a claim directly with UPS at ups.com

We are happy to assist with documentation for your claim.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
