By placing an order with Hall Pass, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted on custom items. Once a custom order is submitted and payment is received, production begins and changes cannot be made.

Intellectual Property
Hall Pass is a licensed merchandise partner. All designs, logos, and licensed marks are the property of their respective institutions and organizations. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
Hall Pass is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in North Carolina courts.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
